Paving, surfacing and tamping equipment operators run various equipment used in applying concrete, spreading stone or tamping gravel and other materials for use in building roads, parking lots, or airport runways, etc., or equipment used for tamping gravel, dirt, or other materials.SKILLS:
Paving, surfacing and tamping equipment operators must be able to control, identify and maintain the tools and equipment needed to complete the job; they must be able to monitor equipment to ensure successful equipment operation and have the ability to adjust vehicle controls and coordinate multiple components while sitting, standing or lying down; they must have a strong sense of the depth perception, manual dexterity and arrange actions or thing according to rules.AVAILABILITY:
